Sugar candies are less likely to melt than chocolates We can’t guarantee candies will arrive in perfect shape – but we will do our best to ensure they do – including adding ice packs and thermal liners. in warm months orders are frozen overnight before shipping. You can do your part by choosing an expedited shipping option. The 2-day option is suggested when temperatures are under 85 degrees. Overnight shipping would be advised if temperatures are over 85 degrees Also: Be home for delivery! Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat. Tip: If the box feels warm, open it immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air. If chocolate has softened at all, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further. Please note: Shipping may be delayed to protect your sweets. If necessary, we’ll hold your order in our temperature-controlled warehouse to avoid additional transit time over the weekend.
