Due to the nature of consumable cannabis products and applicable regulations, we are unable to accept returns.
Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no charge. Once confirmed, we will dispatch the correct or replacement product promptly. Approved refunds for other eligible issues will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For wholesale accounts, credits will be applied to your account balance or processed per the terms of your wholesale agreement.
Wholesale accounts are subject to separate return terms outlined in their account agreement. Wholesale return requests must be submitted through your account representative or via [email protected].
