CannaElite ships cannabis-infused products exclusively to states and jurisdictions where hemp-derived THC beverages and edibles are legally permitted.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
All products ship via FedEx Ground by default. For temperature-sensitive products — primarily chocolates and confections — if ambient temperatures exceed the melting point of the product, your order will be pre-frozen and shipped FedEx 2-Day Express in an insulated liner with foam ice packs that do not leak.
Wholesale orders ship via FedEx. Transit times after dispatch are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. CannaElite is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
We offer flat rate shipping for $30, or free shipping on any retail order over $100.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
